On Saturday a couple months ago I went inside to wait in line at the cashier where one customer was ahead of me. I waited for about 10 minutes for my turn and the Dunkin Donuts worker started to help the drive through customers first. I ended up waiting about 20 minutes and 5 drive through customers later to decide to walk out. Any worker with half a brain should have alternated between the drive through and inside customers so that it would be fair. In this case it would have been better to go through the drive through since it was higher priority than the customers who decided to walk into the store.
