Laurel-Lock Campgrounds — Establishment, park, lodging and campground at 15 Cottage Road, Oakdale, Montville, Connecticut.

This is our 10th season staying at Laurel Lock campground, it is our “Happy place” all summer long and I am so grateful we stumbled upon this amazing campground 10 years ago. The owners are so nice, you will see them daily working in the camp store, running activities for the kids and maintaining the campground. We have two children who have grown up going here and they love it. They have crafts for the kids, hayrides, Halloween weekend, magicians, balloon tosses, a beautiful beach with the cleanest lake I’ve ever been in, bands on the beach, horse shoe tournaments weekly, some pretty fierce corn hole competions going on-for the kids and adults, the most magnificent sunsets you’ll ever see and most importantly you’ll be surrounded by a group of campers who make everyone feel like a part of the family! Camping season starts in a couple weeks and I can’t wait to get back to my little piece of heaven!
